Rekha Gupta, the new Chief Minister of Delhi, met President Draupadi Murmu and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar. She also chaired her first Cabinet meeting, where decisions were made to implement the Ayushman Bharat scheme and present 14 pending CAG reports in the Assembly.

New Delhi: BJP leader Rekha Gupta, who has recently taken over as the Chief Minister of Delhi, met President Draupadi Murmu and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar. This afternoon, CM Rekha Gupta visited the Rashtrapati Bhavan, where she met President Murmu with respect. She then proceeded to the Vice President's Enclave, where she met Vice President Dhankhar. During these meetings, CM Rekha Gupta engaged in discussions with both leaders. The photos related to the meetings were shared by the President and Vice President’s offices on Twitter.
Rekha Gupta took the oath as the new Chief Minister of Delhi on Thursday afternoon. The grand swearing-in ceremony took place at Ramlila Maidan, where Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena administered the oath. Ministers Parvesh Verma, Kapil Mishra, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Ashish Sood, Ravinder Indraj Singh, and Pankaj Singh also took their oaths. Following the ceremony, Rekha Gupta assumed the office of Chief Minister at the Secretariat, and in the evening, the first Cabinet meeting was held. Decisions were made to implement the Ayushman Bharat scheme and to present 14 pending CAG reports in the Assembly. The new ministers were assigned their portfolios, with CM Rekha Gupta retaining the Finance and Revenue departments.
